As Chang send the message to the remaining general, the last attack of Phantom and HN have been disabled his main city...

and from that onward... Chang will retire from s7....

the remaining city that Chang posses will be given to the general of redstar to avoid conflict...

i hope his retirement will give us a will to fight, a will to survive to the end like he does...
